Ken - I have a 75 450 SLC fuse panel door / cover , that has the fuse value and component id listed on the inside of it. I don't think there's any diff. between the SL and the SLC, let me know if you're still in need of it and I'll send it via email address ssadkins@aol.com

I have a picture of mine. I tried to scan it and couldn't read the outcome, so I took a picture and have a jpeg picture if you want it. Send me your e-mail address.

Here's the fuse designation from a 74 USA version, CA specification:
 8A, hazard warning light
8A, clock, standing lights, trunk light, warningbuzzer, entrance lights, glove box light, auto antenna
16A, power roof, power windows front right and rear rear left
16A, power windows, front left and rear right
25A, wipers, washers, horn, pass sign light (what's that?), cigar lighter
 5A, radio
16A, blower motor, 3-way valve heater (what's that?)
 Nothing
8A, electro-magnetic clutch of ac compressor, emission control
8A, brake lights, starter valve relay, term. 30 autom. transmission (what's that?)
 16A, heated rear window
8A, turn signals, back up lights, tach, emission controls, combined instrum.
8A, tail/parking/standing light right, side marker, license plate, thermo switch, dash, shift indicator, hazard flasher
8A, master relay term.86 (what's that?), fuel pump relay term. 30
 8A, headlight cleaning unit
8A, standing light left, parking light left, tail light left
8A, high beam right, high beam control
 8A, high beam left
 8A, low beam right
16A, fog light, low beam left
So about #15, unless you have a euro car with headlight washers, there won't be a fuse in that socket.
