I have a 1980 SLC that appears to be missing the egr valve. I failed NJ emissions for CO2. My cd doesn't give any info. I see a plugged metal line under the driver side manifold and think it belongs attached there. Could someone please enlighten me as to where it attaches and what lines attache to it? Appreciate any help I can get on this emissions problem. Also Can anyone reccomend a good decent mechanic/shop that knows these cars, I'm in Central New Jersey
