I have a 83 280 SL, the A/C fan does not work, and so is A/C, I traced to two relays tied to A/C system. The 1st one is Bosch 332 204 150. It has coil pins 85, 86, and switch contacts 30, 87a, and 87. I used resistance meter to test circuits, Pin 30/87a always open(broken circuit), Pins 30/87 open when no voltage on coil pins 85 & 86, and close when with 12 V on 85/86.

The 2nd relay has a metal case, Sipea 0004 4D(?). It has exactly same coil and pin layout and number designation. But Pins 30/87a always open, and Pins 30/87 always close no matter there is voltage on Pins 85/86 or not.

Are these two relays working properly? I think the Bosch relay is bad, but I am not sure the Sipea, is it different logic or it should be same design if it has same pin number designation?

Appreciate any help!
