Hi all,

My 1983 380sl has been sitting in the garage for over a year now without having been driven (I know...shame on me). I am too busy with school and have had no time to enjoy it. I've been starting the engine once a week at least for a couple of hours and have noticed just recently....a clicking sound by the passenger panel where the fuse box is. So, I investigated the sound and found out that it was a fuel pump relay that was doing this. It would go away as soon as the engine warmed up but, when I start it cold, it would click rapidly. Any advice on what this could be caused by?

Thank you.

Vince.
