Hi all,
I am a new owner to a 1982 380sl. I just replaced an universal O2 sensor and the light on the dash still lit. Do they need to be reset? If so, how do I go about doing so? Please help.

My mechanic told me that there is not a reset for it. You either just disconnect the bulb or spend money on a new "counter" for the sensor. I disconnected!
