For the best deal on auto parts try Rock auto.com on the internet. I buy all my parts for my 380SL's from them. They ship really fast. I get them here in Canada overnight to Vancouver. It just takes a few days to get from Vancouver to Vancouver Island by local contract courier. Their prices are on average 40% cheaper than anybody else. All orders come direct from wholesale warehouses from all over the US. They have a very user friendly web site. They have all the popular brand names and for instance if you are looking for a fuel pump there will be maybe listings for 5 different pumps and sometimes there will be listings for 3 pumps by Bosch but they will have different prices. I always order the cheaper price as each supplier has different prices. Then the thing to watch when ordering several different parts to watch and make sure they are all coming from the same warehouse. If they are coming from two different places you will get nailed for another shipping cost as one warehouse may be in Calif and one might be located in Tennessee. I highly recommend them, they are located in Madison Wisconsin. I think they are just a middle man and they don't really own any warehouses and all the parts you order are drop shipped in other words they palace the order and the company that has the parts just ship them directly to the customer. However it works it is a great deal. The shipping to Canada is a bit steep but that is because they use Fed Ex and I think Fed Ex does all the logistics and they pick and pack and ship everything for Rock auto or the warehouses. That is the modern way of doing business now with computer ordering. It's a wonderful world we are now living in, these are now the "good old days".

This is a bit late, but if you go here Offical MB Parts Site you can get a one-year subscription, for free, that brings up exploded parts diagrams for your car. Just enter the VIN into the correct place at the top of the application and then select the subassembly. The parts include the old part number and any revised numbers, too, if applicable.

Good luck.

Unfortuneately, it only works if you live in the US.
